The Grand Treehouse Resort has its charm with beautifully designed treehouses and a sense of privacy, perfect for a tranquil getaway. However, our experience was marred by several maintenance issues and disappointing customer service during our stay. While the treehouse itself was lovely, it wasn’t perfect, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff left us feeling unsatisfied.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. The treehouse was beautiful and clean, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, there were several issues during my stay, including defective Christmas lights that were not fixed and a hard bed that made sleeping uncomfortable. The location is a bit remote, and many attractions were closed during the off-season, which was disappointing.

Our recent stay at the treehouse resort was mostly lovely, providing a serene getaway surrounded by nature. The Sanctuary treehouse we occupied was quite spacious and had a charming design. However, a few setbacks like water pressure issues in the shower and some ant encounters detracted from our experience. The service was a highlight, though there were some small nuisances that could be improved upon.

However, there were a few quirks, such as the lack of toiletries and some malfunctioning lights, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

However, we faced a couple of issues, including trouble with the fireplace and some cleanliness concerns with the towels provided. Overall, it's a lovely place, but a few adjustments could enhance the experience.
